At Goshorn Lake Cottage Condominiums of West Michigan, we offer cabins / cottages for rent next to our private lakefront beach resort ½ mile from Lake Michigan in Saugatuck, Michigan.

This new vacation real estate project is located just east of Lake Michigan featuring cottages, summer homes, and cabins with excellent rental history to help pay for this investment opportunity.  This ownership concept is better than the typical time share options offered by other resorts.  Formerly known as Goshorn Lake Resort, a family cabin / cottage resort, we are only 2 miles from the cities of Saugatuck and Douglas, 10 miles from Holland Michigan, and a leisurely 8 minute drive to the beaches of Lake Michigan.  We currently have only a few cottages for sale.  Please check the "Cottages For Sale" page for listings.  Owners will belong to the GLCC Association that will set policies and oversee the resort manager / caretaker through which they will have the option of renting their cottage while not in residence.  At the bottom of most individual cottages, you will see a 12-month calendar specific to that cottage and the dates that the cottage is available for rental.

The beautiful sandy beach on Goshorn Lake and the new pool built in 2004 provide excellent swimming for both young and old.  We have two swimming docks and a separate fishing pier along with a community fire pit near the beach area.  Volleyball and basketball are also located near the lakefront.  The famous Western Michigan sand dunes rise out of the water and offer a beautiful view on the west end of the lake where the Saugatuck Dunes Rides operate their thrill rides.  Other projects completed in 2004 include: picnic pavilion, storage units for each cottage, and road improvements.

Our lodging accommodations are comfortable and cozy with screened porches.  Many feature wood burning fireplaces.  We're located in a quiet out of the way setting.  The cottages are located approximately 600' to 700' from the beach area.  All of the cottages are either new or have been remodeled since 1996.  Whether it's a short getaway or long summer stay, Allegan / Ottawa County, and Goshorn Lake Cottage Condominiums in picturesque Douglas / Saugatuck, Michigan offer the perfect place to purchase your dream vacation getaway cottage.  You owe it to yourself to make an appointment to visit our resort and the surrounding area.
