- Weekly rentals only Sunday to Sunday starting June 27 until August 15
- 2 night minimum on weekends for all other months: 3 night min. for Memorial & Labor Day weekends
- Maximum occupancy per cabin is equal to the number of people that beds will normally sleep
- 30 day cancellation policy for weekly rentals; 14 days on all others; deposit is required
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm EST; check-out time is 11:00 am EST
- No pets allowed at the resort. No pets allowed on the property.

- 2 person rate: $95.00 per night in value season (some restrictions apply)
- Weekday rentals after Labor Day: 15% discount for 2 or more nights (excludes weekends)
- VALUE SEASON: Opening to May 20th ; September 7th to close (excludes Labor Day Weekend)
- LOW SEASON: May 21st through June 26th ; August 16 to September 2nd
- HIGH SEASON: June 27 through August 15th and Labor Day Weekend
- High Season daily rate available “last minute only” if openings occur
- All rates may be subject to change
- Quiet time is 11:00 p.m. Eastern time, and is strictly encouraged
- Deposit requirement is 50% of total on all reservations. Credit card information will be taken at time of reservation. Personal check is preferred for deposit payment. Visa & Mastercard are also accepted.
