- Weekly rentals only Sunday to Sunday starting June 29 until August 17
- 2 night minimum on weekends for all other months; 3 night minimum for Memorial & Labor Day weekends
- Maximum occupancy per cabin is equal to number of people that beds will normally sleep
- 30 day cancellation policy for weekly rentals; 14 days on all others; deposit is required
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm EST; check-out time is 11:00 am EST
- No pets allowed at the resort. No pets allowed on the property.

- Initial supply of bedding and towels are provided; small service charge for replacements (some restrictions apply)
- 2 person rate: $95.00 per night in value season for cottages with a fireplace
- Weekday rentals after Labor Day 15% discount for 2 or more nights (excludes weekends)
- VALUE SEASON- Opening to May 22, Aug. 18 to close (excludes Labor Day Weekend)
- LOW SEASON- May 23 through June 28
- HIGH SEASON- June 29 through Aug. 17 and Labor Day Weekend
- High Season daily rate available "last minute only" if openings occur
- All rates may be subject to change
- Quiet time is 11:00 pm EST, and is strictly encouraged
- Deposit requirement is 50% of total on all reservations. $100 security deposit must be held open with credit card.
- Personal check is preferred for deposit payment. Visa & Mastercard are also accepted.
