- Weekly rentals only, Sunday to Sunday, starting June 24th until August 12th.
- 2 night minimum on weekends for all other months: 3 night min. for Memorial & Labor Day weekends
- Maximum occupancy per cabin is equal to the number of people that beds will normally sleep
- 30 day cancellation policy for weekly rentals, 14 days on all others, deposit is required
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check out time is 11:00 a.m. Eastern time
- No pets allowed at the resort. No pets allowed on the property.

All units are housekeeping cottages. We do not provide maid service during your stay. Please help to clean up.

- 2 person rate: $95.00 per night in value season (some restrictions apply)
- Weekday rentals after Labor Day: 15% discount for 2 or more nights (excludes weekends)
- VALUE SEASON: Opening to May 24th; September 4th to close (excludes Labor Day Weekend)
- LOW SEASON: May 25th through June 23rd; August 13th to August 30th
- HIGH SEASON: June 24th through August 12th and Labor Day Weekend
- High Season daily rate available “last minute only” if openings occur
- All rates may be subject to change
- Quiet time is 11:00 p.m. Eastern time and is strictly encouraged
Deposit requirement is 50% of total on all reservations. Credit card information will be taken at time of reservation. Personal check is preferred for deposit payment. Visa, Mastercard, & Discover are also accepted.
