Currently only cottage 10 is for sale. Most of the owners are still renting their cottages when they aren't at the resort. You'll find an availability calendar at the bottom of each owner's cottage if they are renting it during late spring, summer, and early fall months.

We are located 1 1/2 miles from downtown Saugatuck and an easy 8 minute drive from the beautiful Oval Beach on Lake Michigan. The resort is on a quiet dead end street with 383 feet of frontage on scenic Goshorn Lake. Lake Michigan is just over some nearby sand dunes that can be seen on the opposite side of Goshorn Lake.

The units vary in size and amenities. See a map of the resort. Please see each page for specific information regarding that unit. Many of the cottages are built for year-around occupancy. We are proposing the opening and closing dates of April 1 to Nov.1 for those cottages not being left open for winter occupancy.. These dates may be stretched in either direction in the future depending on each individual unit and their ability to withstand the Lake Michigan winters.
