This new vacation
real estate project is located just east of Lake Michigan
featuring cottages, summer
homes, and cabins with excellent rental history to help pay for this investment
opportunity. This ownership
concept is better than the typical time share
options offered by other resorts. Formerly known as Goshorn Lake Resort, a
family cabin / cottage resort, we are only 2 miles from the cities of Saugatuck and
Douglas, 10 miles from Holland Michigan, and a leisurely 8 minute drive to the beaches of
Lake Michigan. We currently have 23 cottages for sale, with 2 more
cottages being proposed for construction. Owners will belong to the GLCC
Association that will set policies and oversee the resort manager / caretaker
through which they will have the option of renting their cottage while
not in residence.
The beautiful sandy beach on Goshorn
Lake and the new pool built in 2004 provide excellent swimming for both young and old. We have two
swimming docks and a separate fishing pier along with a community fire pit near
the beach area. Volleyball and basketball are also located near the
lakefront. The famous Western Michigan sand dunes rise out of the water and
offer a beautiful view on the west end of the lake where the Saugatuck Dunes
Rides operate their thrill rides. Other projects completed in 2004
include: picnic
pavilion, storage units for each cottage, and road improvements.
